"It's a pleasant hotel. I was anticipating an included transfer but there wasn't one. However, the 423 bus to and from Heathrow 5 was perfect. Not sure if there is AC. My room was around 25 Celsius. I tried to run AC but it never cooled down. Also the bath tub had an insert making it a big step down climbing out. "

"Very close to Heathrow airport and the runways. We weren’t able to hear the planes from our room which was looking in the option direction to the runway. Very friendly check in staff. We used the public bus which we caught from Terminal 3 bus station which was easy to find from the tube station. On leaving we caught the public bus again from outside the hotel back to terminal there at the airport. £1.75 each way per person. "
