"Need a better system for check in. I was not sent any information and had to phone the property to get codes. They did answer but arriving late at night as a lone female i felt unsafe. it should be made clearer what the system is before you book. Building itself is nice and my room was nice if a little dated. I personally didn’t like the set up. No luggage storage or anyone on site in case of issues."

"The guesthouse was very charming as they haven’t changed much in years. All the staff were great especially Nicholas who was very personable. Beware of lots of stairs in the building. I for one loved being on the top floor. The neighborhood is a little messy and noisy on the street but that seems par for the course in most of the city. Many places to walk for food and there is a nice green park with a playground very near by. "

"The owner of the B&B greeted us warmly at the door, showed us to our room, which was nice, clean and comfortable. She let us know what amenities were available to us, and showed us where they were. Breakfast was excellent, and the full Irish experience. I would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone staying in the Dublin area."

"Safe and comfortable property and surroundings. A market (Donnybrook Fair) was less than a block away. It was approximately a 25 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green/Dublin City Centre. The only issue I had with this property was the very thin walls (the building is very old) and I was able to hear conversations, washroom business, etc and the people in the next suite were not loud, ie: not shouting at all. Definitely bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The front desk kindly provided...

However, we had no issues in it, other than it was a 10-minute cab ride from almost anything else. "Great location, easy check-in, nice clean room, and convenient restaurants nearby. Rooms were available for early check-in. Room is apartment like with small kitchen and sitting area. Great recommendations for couple breakfast places around corner. Convenient for on/off buses and Temple Bar area. Secure access after 5pm. Highly recommend for Dublin visit. "
