"Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. "The pictures listed above are accurate, and the place was clean for the most part. However, there was a mildew smell and we could not get rid of it. I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean."

"We liked the place for location to college baseball our son was playing. Comfortable nice location to the pool. Good location to champions gate restaurants and grocery. Only complaint is limited on supplies, there were no dish rags, 1 dish towel, amd most VRBO have some sort of starter for coffee including some filters etc. Graat that you clean it out each time but sometimes nice to have some of those small things on hand. "We loved our stay at this condo. Very clean when we arrived and decorated nicely. The pool was such a wonderful addition for my 3 & 1 year old. Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!"

"The place was very quiet and clean and that’s what we were looking forward to on our vacation. The pool was beautiful although my kids didn’t get to enjoy it because our schedule were already so busy during our stay but it was beautiful. The screen balcony was a plus to us because we have young children. The only thing that was difficult was the checking in and checking out. But we had a great property manager and he communicated very well with us so that was great. My kids were not very happy...

"Our stay was very nice!! The property was exactly if not better then what I expected. The pool was warm and refreshing after a long day of walking the parks all day. As previous reviews stated there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, one roll of paper towel and 2 pods for the dishwasher, all of which we could have used more of for a family of 6, but made due and picked up some stuff. It is possible if i asked for more we would have been given more, but I didn't call to ask....

"This was a great property except for one thing....zero water pressure. If any other water was being used the shower literally dripped. It wasn't much better than that when no other water was being used. I wish was exaggerating, but I'm not."

"Unit was as described and very comfortable for my wife and I. Parking was right out front and easy to access the unit if you have groceries or bags from shopping. We could hear the kids running and jumping around in the unit right above us, so that would be the only problem we had (some nights after midnight). Other than that it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area. There was a Publix less than 5 minutes drive away for...

"Andrew was a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, organized, and cozy for our hefty bunch. The reminders in each bedroom regarding rules was very helpful. We would definitely use Andrew and his team again in the future as all photos and positive reviews were spot on. The rule book seems like a lot, but is super helpful during the whole stay.
