  • Welcome to The Tuscan Villa -our updated premium Villa in Building 1 right beside the pool. All bedding, appliances, paint and home decor have been updated in 2024. We are located in the heart of Florida just minutes away from many golf courses, Disney theme parks and many other attractions, however you don't have to travel far to enjoy a free resort atmosphere. Tuscana community has a large heated swimming pool, hot tub and children's pool just steps away as well as a newly opened Bar and Restaurant on site. The complex also offers a Gym for adult use and a playground for children. There is also a community charcoal bbq on site located near the playground. The premises is gated with free onsite parking and an elevator is available for convenience and accessibility.
