"Stopped here prior to a visit to Wembley. Location is perfect, 30 minute walk to Wembley. Tube station os 2 minute walk away for lonks into the City. The apartment was immaculate, very clean and compact. View of Wembley was a binus also. Very secure, friendly staff and cheap to eat and drink."

"Very nice small compact apartment. Double bed, table and chairs for two, all utensils for cooking, 2 hobs, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine hid very well in the wardrobe, nice little bathroom (although its a little awkward trying to access the shower as door does not open very wide it collides with the wash basin and im 56 inch chest but ok for smaller). Nice easy check in with nice man at the desk. Overall a very nice pleasant stay. Snmmall but all you need and very comfortable....

Walking distant from Hammersmith (i.e. 40 minutes from LHR Airport... and well connected with the major attraction). Room could be slightly more spacious and is lacking a wardrobe. "Mixed review. The building location was great. The room was smallish but that was well advertised. The amenities were there but all did NOT work. Most notably was the ceiling fan. Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. Management did NOT fix during my stay but instead offered a small (maybe 4-5 inch) table top fan that was grossly inadequate to cool the room. "Lovely hotel, it was my third time staying here. Great staff, very clean room, and centrally located in Kensington area. The room with the access to courtyard is fantastic. "

"The location was great, close to tube, restaurants, and food markets. Checkin was fast and easy. I contacted the management staff for restaurant recommendations and they were happy to reply! Kitchen was very nice and had basic supplies for tea and eating food brought in from the outside. My only suggestions for improvement would be to include hand soap in the bathroom (in addition to the shampoo and conditioner provided) and to include dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen."
