"This is a basic hotel with simple rooms. If you need a super fancy lobby and room go elsewhere. HOWEVER--staff A , immediate hot water, very clean and comfortable, subway literally 8 steps away, great food around, so close to Penn. We would definitely stay again! "

"Great location. Friendly and good staff. Bathroom is tiny. The sink is like a guest toilet half sink. Could be better designed to use the space. They only serviced the room once in 6 days and you HAVE to book that service. I don't think that's acceptable when you have a family of 4 sharing a room. There's no provision at all to hang 4 towels to dry so you end up drying off the next day with a slightly damp towel. I wouldn't rush back to this hotel but I guess it was ok value for what it was. "
