"Prompt service, clean room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, and bar/restaurant in ground floor - but closes very early at 10 pm. Great location - loads of bars and restaurants within 4 blocks, and MSG a 10 min walk away. Nice size room but very small bathroom - good sized shower though."

"We had a lovely stay here. Modern apart hotel. Neighbourhood is ok, smells lovely when the many flower shops are open. Check in quick and efficient. We were on the Penthouse floor. Sounds posh but really isn’t. Kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge with a separate double room and large bathroom with small bath. The plug would not work in both the bath and bathroom sink. Reception sorted a rubber bung to be sent up to us which worked a treat. Went for the hotel free breakfast a couple of times....

"Great location. Friendly and good staff. Bathroom is tiny. The sink is like a guest toilet half sink. Could be better designed to use the space. They only serviced the room once in 6 days and you HAVE to book that service. I don't think that's acceptable when you have a family of 4 sharing a room. There's no provision at all to hang 4 towels to dry so you end up drying off the next day with a slightly damp towel. I wouldn't rush back to this hotel but I guess it was ok value for what it was. "

"This is a basic hotel with simple rooms. If you need a super fancy lobby and room go elsewhere. HOWEVER--staff A , immediate hot water, very clean and comfortable, subway literally 8 steps away, great food around, so close to Penn. We would definitely stay again! "

"Very good location, subway on same block, room was comfortable and clean. Biggest issue was a broken elevator, there’s only 2 in total, so long waits. I believe the elevator had been out for at least a week."

"It was a good stay and a hotel with a great location. Friendly staff and a clean facility. My only warning to visitors is to bring something to cover the peephole. Definitely an issue there. "

"Clean, well-kept and easy to where we needed to go. The staff at checkin were really nice and we truly enjoyed our stay. After checking in, we received a courtesy call from the front desk to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Staff was friendly, free breakfast buffet was decent, felt safe. Rooms were very small, there was 3 of us in a 2 bed room. We were very cramped, but I’m sure all hotel rooms are the same in NY. Would stay here again. "
