I researched the hotels in the area and decided on this one. It was a great choice such a great location and walking distance to so many things. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a great room. It was a nice size for two of us. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Chelsea area.

If you’re looking for a hotel with the best location this is it. Close to everything such as shuttle drop off from airport and subway lines. Our room was not facing the street and it was extremely quiet. Never had to wait for the elevator. Kind and helpful staff always available.

Staff were fine. The room was clean but had the worst bathroom design I’ve ever experienced in a hotel - there was no countertop and the toilet was so close to the door I had to shimmy between the toilet & the door to be able to close it. It felt like a broom closet was later turned into a bathroom.
