Amazing stay at Cambria hotel! When we first entered, staff eagerly greeted us and easily took our luggage as we were early for our check in time. Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. We had issues with our tv and the tv engineer staff was very helpful and put in a lot of work to fix the issue for us! Front desk always kindly greeted us every time we left and came back into hotel. Location of hotel was perfect as it was close by to subway.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well in our room, but the hallway was quite warm. The rooftop is really amazing too, there’s a great view of the city and the One World building. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we were able to drop our bags off early and leave them there after we checked out. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going to MSG, it’s a less than 10 minute walk. Also super close to Times Square and lots of good restaurants.

No onsite parking. Air conditioning unit in the hotel did not adjust and our room was quite warm (in August in NYC), and did not find staff to be very helpful. Rooftop bar was nice and staff up there were great. Food was good. Reasonably priced for portion sizes. Great snack with a great view.

We enjoyed our stay at Cambria Chelsea. Location is right in the middle of everything and very convenient. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Rooftop bar had a nice happy hour and the view of the city was really nice. The rooms aren’t huge but spacious enough for 2 people (we didn’t spend too much time in the room anyway). The bathroom also isn’t that big, but again, it’s enough room to do what you need to do. Loved that housekeeping came daily and supplied us with everything we needed as soon as we called. I’d definitely stay here again.
