"The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the front desk, especially Daniel and the bellman, especially Tomas made our stay amazing. Timothy in the Thames room for tea was fantastic. "Great property, clean and location is excellent for walking and transportation close to Paddington station. We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. Once luggage was in there was not much room to move but that’s London for you.. otherwise excellent !! "
