Very nice hotel for the budget conscious traveler. Great value for money. Central convenient location, with transportation, parks, and restaurants, yet tucked away in a relatively quiet corner 2 min walk away from the hustle and bustle. Staff and service get the highest rating. They are friendly and will go the extra mile to resolve any issues.

Easy to access the underground and train station from the hotel. Free parking just outside the front. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious. Bar that is decently priced and open until 11:30pm. Don’t know what more you could ask for from a hotel. Definitely planning on staying again next visit to London.

We enjoyed the English breakfast that was served to us each morning also we liked the bigger washroom that was in our room. Location was very good for us as we were using Paddinton station

Good location close to parks. 24 hr reception helpful. Very clean. The breakfast room was crampted, dated and the table service was a little too busy for the staff, but they were very polite and friendly.

Great location and a good breakfast. Our room (1 double bed and 1 twin bed) was very small. Unfortunately, we didn't have a convent place to put our small suitcase.

Perfect location and close to Paddington Station. Older building and rooms small but clean. Never mastered the radiator in the room, was pretty cold at times. Staff was very friendly except for one younger blond lady who scolded people if they put tehy feet on the ffotstool in the lounge. Thought thats what footstools by easy chairs were for??? Sign in room says not hot food in rooms. So apparently not pizzas etc. Maybe cold cuts? Overall happy with location and price was good. Room was small but clean.
