"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. Property was central to so many sights in London. Room and hotel was clean and very comfortable…complimentary water provided each day, cafe in the lobby was perfect. "

It was close to attractions like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Churchill War Rooms, & Big Ben. Their restaurant and bar served great food and a lovely breakfast buffet.
