"Not bad for an airport hotel. The room was nice and comfortable and spacious. We liked that the restaurant was right there and it was very good. The free ride to the airport was great and we appreciated it. It was everything we needed. The staff was great and courteous."

"The stay was good . But I had to leave 6 days early due to the Carona Virus. Nadia at the front desk told me on the phone, I would get a 6 day credit the next time I stayed at the Morazan. But I havent gotten an email stating that. Can Hotels.com get me an email staing that?"

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"This hotel was a great choice. The included breakfast was amazing, it’s very centrally located AND the free use of hot springs at their sister hotel was an incredible added bonus. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the grounds were well-kept and clean. We would definitely go back and stay again. "

"Cute hotel in a great neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious. The internet was fast and the A/C worked well. Its a great location with a very nice grocery store across the street. There is plenty of food places around, including a small outdoor mall area only an easy 10 min walk away. There is also a restaurant and bar onsite.The staff were all extremely kind. The free airport shuttle can be set up the day before and was about an 18 min drive. "
