All of the staff were super helpful and there were plenty of staff members all over the place that were directing, answering questions, greeting, helping and making everything so easy and guess free. Being able to use the on site parking before check in was a bonus. Definitely would recommend the Embassy Suites for a hassle free stay."

"Room itself and bathroom were definitely older as it’s a historical hotel but the lobby and location were incredible. Would stay again purely for the location, reputation and service - however, note that the cleaners didn’t properly clean the room/ bathroom during daily service and the room service was a little slow (I asked if they had honey as we were a little sick and they said they’d bring it right up but it didn’t show up for over an hour and a half so I cancelled and just went to a...
