Our stay in Sheraton was a blast. Especially when we stayed in our favourite room where we can see the falls. The staff’s were very accommodating and the amenities were superb. I highly recommend it especially if you have kids.

Also was nice that the parking garage is connected to the hotel, you can stay inside and still find lots to do if the weather isn’t great. We are a family of 3 and do a lot of 1 or 2 niggt stays at hotels for fun This sheraton could be the best hotel we've ever stayed at!! SO clean, every single person from check in to valet to random employees offered exceptional service with a smile The whole hotel was so clean and if you're there to do touristy clifton hill stuff (or see the falls) the location cant be beat We will never stay at another hotel up there (we love in buffalo, ny so we frequent the area) we were very impressed and definitely highly recommend for families We did not use the Waterpark but talked to a couple families that were there for that and they were also pleased

Pros: - Prime location. - Staff was excellent. - Room was amazingly clean and spacious. Cons: - Indoor pool temperature was cold. - While eating breakfast, portions of the cantaloupe tasted “not good”. - Scrambled eggs were between little tasteful to tasteless.
