We've stayed for the third time in Hilton and there's only two issues - parking and elevators. Parking is becoming more and more expensive - insane prices... Elevators - during checkout and dining time it's almost impossible to get to the lobby.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and my experience was awful! Starting from Staff to their services. Room was dirty and dusty seemed like our room wasn’t touched since last customer. We had to call room service many times to get them come clean our rooms in timely manner. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing, clean, convenient and staff was helpful. We didn’t have any problems with the elevators as other people commented. Best sleep we have had on this trip.

Checkin counter lady receptionist was very polite but friendly. Few people were behind us but she took time to cover my questions precisely. Thank you for upgrading us to a beautiful falls view large suite. It was fantastic! My sister from Japan fully enjoyed a overnight stay.
