"We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced. Having no other such island resort option...

"What makes the Mövenpick extraordinary is the staff, I travel a lot and stay at many very nice establishments, in this case it was not as much as the place being the star as the staff. Raymond, Noel, Janice, Rochelle, Gabriel & Giovanni were the kindest most polite attentive members of staff i have ever encountered during my travels. The smiles and conversation were above and beyond. there are also some others at the front desk and spa that i can't remember the names of that did a stellar job....
