"The Henann villas in Alona are our home for a few days when we visit family in Bohol. My little one and I can enjoy the small pool 24/7, which perfectly accommodates our wake times from jet lag. The staff has been friendly (improved over the years), and the response time to phone calls and issues have been quicker. "The “wood” flooring around the pool needs to be nailed down. I saw someone trip over the plank that’s sticking and almost hit his head on the chair. "

"We were given a room too far away from the front of the hotel.no consideration that we are seniors. The walkway is not at all level and my husband tripped, landed like 6 feet from where he tripped. Landed on his knees, elbows and forehead. We asked for ice and applied it to his forehead. He got dizzy after the fall. We told that they will inform the manager in the morning. "
