"We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was amazing and so kind. The views were incredible! Food was also incredible including the breakfast included with the stay!! We had to leave super early our last day for a train and they even packed us breakfast bags for the go which was so sweet and made our early morning easy and delicious! Only complaint is the shower. I don’t know if all rooms have it but it’s just a handheld shower head on the wrong side making it difficult to shower and get water...

"Jolander from the hotel had helped to make this trip perfect for us. Our train to Zermatt was delayed and it would pass the hotel check in window and we would miss the taxi to go to the hotel. Jolander had helped us secure the taxi so that we could safely get to the hotel from the train station and she waited for us to do our check in. "On this trip i have stayed at two other hotels before Hotel Butterfly. The breakfast buffet was the best i have had of all the hotel buffets. Room was cleaned daily. The location to the train station is great as well. "
