Would definitely come here again! Staff was super nice allowing us to get into our room a bit early as it had just been cleaned. The room was quiet, strong WiFi and yummy cookies! They were helpful finding us a dinner restaurant and the am breakfast was perfect.

Beautiful old building, very well-kept. Staff were lovely. Excellent location, close to everything, Including old town, new town, train station, etc. Despite being in the centre of everything, was exceptionally quiet. I can’t remember staying in a hotel that was so quiet, no noise from other rooms or outside at all! Favourite hotel in our UK vacation by far.

A close walk to the station and a nice hotel. The breakfast choices were good and the hotel staff were very attentive. The receptionists were always pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Edinburgh.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. There's a lift to the floors and the decor is beautiful. The hotel is very close to the centre of town and within easy walking distance for trains, buses and trams for the airport. I didn't have breakfast in my week there as I was meeting family but I overheard others saying how much they enjoyed theirs.

In the room the bathroom lighting was too bright. A dimmer with LED lighting would help for seniors that have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. The lights next to the bed are also need a better switch.
