"We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. "Our Family had a wonderful time in this house. Family requests for towels, bedsheets,and soap needed. We had fun up to the wee hours singing with Karoke,. playing pool, etc. The kids in the Family enjoyed the pool. Although we paid extra for extra time a n d were not able maximize the use of the pool, this was on us. The staff were super responsive and helpful.Thank you!"

"Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

"Something must be leaking in the bathrooms because floors are constantly wet. Windows are filthy. No coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Doors don’t close properly. Water container is empty. Pots and pans are old."

"The negatives are too great to list but here are some examples: Host was very slow in communication, bed was like concrete, pillows like cotton candy, broken furniture, no hangers, minimal dishes, cheap towels, no soap or sponges to clean the one or two dishes, Luke warm shower, bugs everywhere, no place to sit and eat, etc. one positive, if you want a convenient place close to mall of Asia it’s a 10 minute walk. Never again!"
