Friendly and responsive staff. Clean room and great amenities. I’d forgotten that breakfast was included and was bowled over by the selection and excellent taste. Loved the view from the top floor. I will highly recommend Seda Makati and am eager to stay in the other locations on my next visits. It was a wonderful “soft landing” from overseas before visiting with family south of Makati.

As always this hotel is convenient for our office location. Plus : nice apartments, great Sky Bar with views over the city. Staff are always friendly. Negatives : food could be improved; good if they had access to Netflix as other hotels. Gym needs a refurb.

The service from the staff was amazing, they are all really lovely. I was really pleased that the hotel had a self-service laundry area. You have to pay 300 PHP (nearly £4) for detergent and dryer, I thought this was a bit expensive to charge guests when all other places I've stayed with self service have offered this free to guests. However this is a minor point, the hotel is lovely and the pool is good too.
