We asked for an extra bed, most places will give you one for free or for a small charge. This hotel doesn’t do that. It is sad.

Water never warm up regardless of running like sign says. Arrive at room they charge 85 dollars instead of 70 dollars. Something aint right . clerk "taxes 😏😏

Are they perfect? no, but who is? The staff was amazing. If something wasn/t right (hot water), they reset it to work just fine quickly. They cleaned the suite daily with a smile, and everyone gave a welcome home feeling. If we were gone and they cleaned they turned off AC... Small inconvenience, but i understand caring about environment and applaud them. Now the bathroom could use a remodel, but overall a clean, bug free place to stay, with a warm caring can-do staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 24hr/7day doorman and locked lobby for security, and an incredible whole food organic restaurant adjoined to the hotel.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay this hotel anymore. It’s takes long time for check in and check out. Room is ok, but no bath mat and hand towel, hair drier. After all, they are charging 500peso when check out, because there is some stain of coffee on the bed. I really don’t understand why they are charging such a stain, this is normal case happen. Very disappointed.

Accessibility to restaurants and malls. Although the unit was big, the bathroom is a mess. The shower area is moldy which I pointed out to the cleaning crew. One huge problem: cockroaches- they’re everywhere. Don’t turn the lights off. If you do, that’s when they all come out. I told the cleaning crew and front desk about it and they basically said that they cut back on pest control services. So moving to anothe room and different floor won’t solve it. I will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

The following are the pointers on why you should avoid this hotel: 1) Upon arriving early, I did requested an early check in if possible however the receptionist mentioned that check in could only be done at 3pm therefore I wandered around the area until 1.30pm to reach back to the hotel. At the hotel I waited at the lobby sofa area as I’m still early but to my surprise is that there were two travellers able to check in with ease. Once the travellers checked in, the receptionist reluctantly told me that they can help me to do the check in. 2) Once they processed the check in, they told me that at my floor level 30. The lift up & down button is spoilt therefore will need to call the receptionist from the hotel room in order to go down which is really a hassle. 3) In the hotel room, I’m shocked to see that there were only 1 bathing towel (even though I booked the room for 2 pax) with no floor mat which is a slip trip fall hazard, not only that all this were not available. The hotel room fridge was not in too & the receptionist confirmed that it’s a false advertisement as shown in the Expedia apps. By the way, the room that I booked was a deluxe room. It was such a bad experience that I checked out on the day (at evening time) that I checked in. To Expedia, do kindly look into this seriously to advertise what is the actual services that the hotel can provide
