"We do not know the Harburg-Hamburg area well, and only booked this hotel because it was near to my sister's home, just a short bus ride. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the fair value of the breakfast options. Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would make it an ideal place to stay. We will stay here in future when visiting our family members."

"This property is pretty good for the value. I really like the easy check-in and -out. It's a 15 minute metro bus ride from the Hamburg Central Station. And the bus stops right outside the hotel (a plus). I didn't find this inconvenient (this is coming from a person who likes to walk everywhere. FYI, it takes about 30 minutes to walk. "Located near easily accessible transportation however the room was very small and we would have like to have a refrigerator to be able to keep our medications cold. Even though transportation was very accessible it did come with its downfalls from the less fortunate begging for money to people fighting, and relieving themselves outside."

"The hostel is located very conveniently near the main train station. We had a quadruple private room, which had 2 bunk beds and a small bathroom. The shower was tiny and the room was small. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with all bedding included. It was fine for 1 night as we were passing through Hamburg, but I would not recommend it for a family for longer than that. "This hotel is only 150m from the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage with them prior to my room being available. Perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a bed for the night. "
