"We were in town for the weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. It is close to town and the Bayfront, but set apart so you can return to a relaxing place to rest. At night the Coqui Frogs are singing, and I loved it listening to them all, but in your room, it isn’t as noticeable as outside. The instructions for check in are very easy to follow with photos. "Hannah was GREAT! She gave us great information about check in, where to park, everything we needed. The place was super clean. We stayed at 5 different location while we were in Hawaii, and this was our favorite by far. Place was exactly what was described. If you don’t mind the sounds of nature, and a Great outside bathroom, which we loved, this is the place to stay in the Hilo area. "Condo was perfectly appointed for our stay (4 adults.) The condo was immaculate, nicely decorated and welcoming. We enjoyed using the lanai. "Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir."
