"Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend Mike's place to friends and family. Mike is great at communication and very organized. The place was very well stocked. We really enjoyed using the boogie boards. We loved dinners on the balcony watching the sunset. The only thing that could be improved was that one of the twin beds was worn out and squeaking badly. Thanks."

"We were very comfortable with 5 guests. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The views are amazing-we saw whales, sea turtles, tons of fish and sea creatures. The pool is nice. The condo had a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. There is a great surf break directly in front of the condos. Highly recommend!"

"This is a great place to stay! The condo is decorated very tropical/Hawaiian and I love it. Everything you could want for cooking is there, dishes, sharp knives, lots of pots and pans. The bed is very comfortable, the shower very cool, all the added thoughtful, useful touches make it great. I did miss having a dishwasher, hadn’t noticed that in the listing. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was wonderful. I would be happy to stay here again!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 days -the condo was in a great location and was well stocked with stuff for the beach. The bed was comfortable but it did get a bit hot and stuffy without AC….after a day we got more use to the heat. The roof top deck was great and my husband swam in the pool. It was nice to stay in a neighborhood and be able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again."

The condo was beautifully furnished, there were ample towels and linens. The kitchen had every appliance and implement you would need if you wanted to cook for the week, not that we did. "Can’t beat the location of this property/unit; right on the water, lovely large lanai to enjoy both early morning coffee (and surfers) and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Loved being on the 4th floor and leaving our sliders open to hear the surf. The unit has had some renovations, the kitchen is upgraded and well stocked, the two bathrooms have new tile showers and vanity counters. Not a fan of carpet in rentals, if I was really being picky I would say that it was not nice in the bedroom....

"I wish we would have had more downtime on our vacation but one of the best things was waking up and sitting on the lanai and drinking coffee in the morning and watching the waves and ocean activity. Very nicely appointed condo which had everything we needed including snorkle gear! Very happy with the condo and would definately stay here again if traveling to Kona!"

We met a nice "neighbor" on the same floor and had a pleasant visit with her and her dog. Kalalau beach is near by which provides nice snorkeling experience. We will come back and visit again."
