"We chose this location, as it gave us access to the Kintail mountains and Fort William in one direction, and the Isle of Skye in the other. The home was very well maintained and offered us the flexibility of quiet outdoor space and an amazing floor plan inside. "High quality, large property, plenty of space, everything was very clean and new. The house was warm and had everything we needed. Easy access to the Abernethy woods and surrounding areas for hiking and bird watching. Perfect place for a long weekend stay for larger families and groups of friends. Thank you!"

"Home is lovely with a nice backyard in a quiet neighborhood with play area across the street. We could easily walk to grocery store and downtown Portree. There were some issues with maintenance while we were there, but that couldn’t be helped."

The only problem we had was inconsistent internet and wifi, but that is to be expected with a rural property. We also found the front door difficult to lock, although as Americans, we may have just not understood how the lock worked."

"This is a great house for a crowd with open, welcoming kitchen/living room with a view in an amazing isolated spot overlooking a beach along the NC500. Sheep in the front and the waterfall a wee walk in the back. Good spot for a family or a big group of friends (lots of twin beds, and nearly all rooms have private bath) with amazing facilities to feed a big group (two dishwashers, two fridges, good pots, pans etc). "This wonderful cozy cottage was the perfect location for our highland adventures. Easy to find, but out of the way! The home is nicely laid out. As Americans, use appliances,outlets, etc. differently . it would have been helpful to have critical switches labeled. For example we inadvertently turned off the kitchen refrigerator by turning its switch off. This switch was located along the wall, above the counter in the same places the light switched were located."
