"We always enjoy staying at the Adler. This time when checking in they did not have the king bed room we requested. When we told them the room with 2 queen beds was fine they comped us a free night of valet parking for our troubles. Just what we would expect from the great staff at the Adler!"

"The staff are awesome. This location is very convenient for many activities. Lyft and Uber find you quickly here and short trips to major attractions are cheap. You can walk to many interesting activities and eateries from the hotel. The only negative during a week long stay were the taxis that wait at the hotel. They run you somewhere without turning the meter on and ask for twice what it should cost in cash. We did report this to the concierge, but chose to use Lyft rather than fight with taxi drivers. The attached Ovation mall is fun to explore and lots of food choices. AAA "
