"My only complaint about this hotel is the room we checked into was very ran down. Floors were scratched up walls were dirty and the sink was stopped up. They knew the sink was stopped up because a plumber showed up while we were there he was unable to fix the sink so we were moved to the exact same make and model room and it was an excellent condition. So why did you give us the ran down room from the start. Other than that customer service amenities the staff the people the comfort was the best...

"My friend and I first time in Los Angeles. We found the hotel through Expedia. I’m so glad to choose this place. Michael so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also nice when I asked for water and toilet paper. They have cafe at the corner and really convenient. We have been using an Uber, Lyft to go around town, a bit pricey but if you like the locals buses you could save money for other things. Overall Hollywood Historic Hotel has been a great place for us. "

"Super cute place! The courtyard is quaint and a good place to gather with our friends. Stayed here for a concert so just for a night. The bar in the courtyard was unfortunately closed while we were here so wouldn’t mind coming back when it’s open. Place was very clean. Very secure. Secure parking. "

"A nice old place. Needs a little updating, but the manager (or owner) was very friendly and accommodating. His helper on the other hand- not so friendly.. This place is very well located if you want to walk the Walk of Fame, and be within a couple of blocks from many Hollywood landmarks. Parking is tight but very safe. "
