"Great stay, though clearly out of town. The only challenge we had was understanding that the code was for a lockbox, which had the key for the room. We were unfamiliar with this kind of lock box, so entered the code - fiddled with the lever, etc. with no luck. Another guest had figured out how to get the lockbox open - revealing the key.
