the property is exactly what we are looking for. Clean and quiet with kitchen. Everything is convenient and Bus Stop #6 takes only two-minute walk. Grocery Store (Kronan) is near by. This made it very convenient for cooking with equipped kitchen. Communication with support is very easy . Hope they can make early check-in more flexible. Will stay here again.

A great place to base yourself when in Iceland. City centre in Reykjavik but still a little back from the main streets to rest from any noise. Everything we needed was provided for within the accommodation. The only improvement that I would suggest would be some allocated parking. The parking house is only a minute away but the charge worked out about £14 a day with taking tours. If you’re driving yourself around the island with no purchased tours, you’re on to a winner. Would definitely go back to Ice Apartments again in the future

This was an excellent base to explore Reykjavik. It was spacious and modern, and had everything I needed to be comfortable. It was immensely central - but slightly off the main area so not as noisy. And the staff were immensely helpful - I had to get in touch three times about minor things, and each time they sorted it all out immediately. I will definitely come back here, highly recommend.

We had a terrible time getting into the apartment. We were given the wrong apartment number and door code. We were stuck outside in the cold and wind trying to find the number to call for assistance. I would say it was stupidity on our part, but it happened to two other parties that day and in the middle of the night. Yelling and screaming. There is a pay car part next door but we had a huge Tesla and couldn't maneuver it in. Parked on the street with the parka app. easy. The apartment was wonderful once we got inside

Excellent apartment right in the center of Reykjavik. Easy walking distance to everything you need in the city and loads of reasonably priced parking options nearby. Apartment has everything you need and is very spacious. Despite being right in the city center, the street was actually very quiet. The company that manages the apartment were very attentive and had a great set up with local tips and recommendations.

Great location, just off the main shopping street, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and transport options nearby. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. Decent instructions, for finding it and getting in. Minor niggles were the noisy people upstairs and the ice outside (no gritting/clearing away the snow).
