"Only the bare minimum was available in the kitchen. Bring your own corkscrew and knives! We had to pay a lot for extra cleaning of the room and then noticed they had not done much, not changed the sheets nor cleaned the bathroom. There was a lot of dust behind and under couch.... "

"Quite simply, incredible. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, clean warm spacious rooms and so very peaceful. We have travelled far and wide across many countries in many hotels and Kriunes tops the list. When we return to Iceland we will not consider anywhere else other than Kriunes. A huge thank you from my wife and I and we hope to return and live the experience all over again."

"The room was very clean… STAFF WERE AWESOME!!! Didn’t expect the snowstorm but the property staff was very accommodating. They gave us dinner when no one would deliver! Knocked on our door to notify us to witness a ones in a lifetime Northern Lights experience! Helped us clean our snow covered Rent a car! Plowed a pathway to get us out … The whole experience was unforgettable! So what really stood out was that the staff and property management made sure that they are there willingly to assist us in any way to make us feel at home away from home!!! Thank you guys!!💚💚💚"
