This was a good place to stay because everything is so close. We were 23minutes from Disney and 15 minutes from Disney springs. The only issue is that is smelled like wet carpet and they had an ironing board but no irons. We asked and they said they don’t have irons. We will probably stay here again since we know what to expect.

Hotel is excellent; room comfortable and well appointed; breakfast offered good variety; bar and food service was excellent; grounds were lovely; location is good. However, the internet at hotel was awful and we had to make last minute arrangements in order to work that were somewhat costly. This was why we had booked this hotel - for work. The staff working breakfast was wonderful. The young man that checked us in on 4/21 was very courteous and helpful. Did not find other front desk workers very courteous during our stay.

Went to the desk next to front desk where lady asked for my driver's license, keyed information off of my license which took forever and then said at 9 am, 11 am, and 1 pm there's a place for us to go and have snacks ..."
