When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. That would have meant packing everything and going to another building. I love that they blamed their unprofessional noncommunication on...

"The room was excellent particularly the bed and sheets. It was a nice touch to have complementary beer and soft drinks in the refrigerator. Shower was excellent. We chose to eat at the hotel down the street because it look very traditional. the food there was excellent."

"We booked this for the good price and it ended up being a wonderful surprise. The kids area and the pool and Spa and rabbits and guinea pigs were all awesome. The room was tiny but comfortable and there was everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. We decided to eat dinner there too and it was seriously so so good. I would definitely come here again. Also it was quiet even though it was full and had plenty of kids! "

"Most significant complaint was the telephone and Internet service were down. During check-out, we were forced to pay by cash as their credit card machines were also not working. This is a significant issue. Very unpleasant situation to surprise guests by making them pay the full bill in cash without prior notice. Their systems were down at least 2 days. "
