"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s steps away from Spagna station and the Spanish steps as well as shopping and local dining options. The hotel itself was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. They have a few rooms in the building that’s listed and another property just around the corner which is where we stayed but I preferred this one better. No concierge or receptionist but when I called, the receptionist came pretty quickly to check us in. Both buildings have elevators too. Highly...

"It was a beautiful room. Although it may seem at first like a far walk from the main train station there are beautiful sites along the way as well as multiple food and drink options. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Italy (7) this was by far our favourite. "

"Location was key for us. Very short walks to major sites of interest. However, Monica was exceptional! She helped us with our luggage, climbing one flight of stairs, providing detailed sight seeing, restaurants and taxi service assistance. She made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The room is fairly small and kept nicely. A quaint Breakfast provided was much appreciated. We would stay here again for sure. "

"Nice location in La Spezia - just off the main pedestrian street and very close to the train station. It could be a bit noisy but settled down in the evenings so sleeping was not a problem."

"Very comfortable room and felt secure. Hotel was quiet. Contactless check in was slightly confusing but worked well enough and was decently secure but relies on other people to close doors behind them and to take the appropriate key for their room. Shower was great! Room had lots of amenities/snacks/drinks which was very nice. "

"We chose this hotel in La Spezia to be close to the train that we were planning to use for commute to Cinque Terre. We ended up falling in love with this lovely cozy town: it felt like home. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The parking was paid, but the hotel took care of the arrangements. Breakfast was at the cafe, 2 spots, nearby: we liked better the one on a round about."

"Bed was very comfy and a great location. The only issue was the very very loud construction that started at 8am-6pm every day! Even a Saturday!! If you want a slow morning this is not the place to stay"

"Close to restaurants"

"Only issue is that it lists 'Laundry' as an amenity but it doesn't have laundry. We're travelling for a long time and having laundry at a property makes a difference to us when we're booking somewhere."

"The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the center and close to the sightseeings. The rooms are a bit smaller than shown on picture, but overall nice and clean and very friendly stuff. "

"The property was in a very convenient location. Lots of shopping and restaurants are steps away. Transportation is a very short walk away, so you can get anywhere in the Venice area. Be prepared to walk and walk and walk! The only transportation is by Vaporetto(water bus). The hotel has NO ELEVATOR and 4 floors. Pack light! "

"It’s not 5 or 4 * , but good location , excellent reception (Nicola) , clean and comfortable rooms . Good restaurant below and around the area . Everything walkable . Train station to hotel about 20 - 25 minute walk … either cases phewww !!! There is a river taxi 1 , but can be packed ! … otherwise , definitely recommend , I’d stay again . "
