Loved our stayed. Far from the chaos of St Marks square and Rialto Bridge, but not too far away, Salute Vaporeto is around the corner, which is a stop to use if you are using the water taxi to move around the Venice canal. A few laid back restaurants a few steps away and also an amazing pub/deli, Corner Pub. The hotel is very nice and cozy, friend staff, in the room you have the essentials. Can’t go wrong with this hotel

It was amazing stay for us! Great location. I loved the way hotel is decorated. Stuff was very helpful! We were able to get a crib for our baby. Breakfast was good! We loved it there! Bathroom and everything else was clean!

The property is in a great location in quiet Dorsoduoro but near lots of sites like the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. The Accademia is near as is Salute Vaporetto station. Lovely to walk around and super convenient. The rooms are lovely and very clean. We were in room 26 a few doors down snd up two flights of narrow stairs. Difficult if you can't easily carry heavy suitcases. Breakfast was 10€ and very good, a hot buffet and great cappuccino.

We loved this little hotel. Firstly the staff was so communicative and helpful from the time I booked the hotel in May to when we stayed in October. There is always someone at the desk which is so reassuring when traveling abroad. We were able to store our luggage in the morning then grab our key later that evening. We used the water bus from the train station which was harder than expected as stop at the station is wildly busy and the bus routes can be confusing. We ended up getting on/off at Academia if I remember correctly - which was a short 7 min walk to the hotel door including three small bridges. There is a closer stop to the hotel but I think it involves switching routes. Anyway we had a great time and loved the quiet area where the hotel is. It's easily walkable to all the other areas but this felt more exclusive. The room was spacious and clean, had everything we needed including a fridge and coffee/water

Great spot close to San Marco. Getting there is a bit rough but I think that’s the case for all hotels in Venice. The breakfast is great and our room was very spacious. It was insanely hot but the AC was blasting when we got there.

Amazing location, 2 to 3 minute walk to Salute, gelato around the corner, great area to walk around, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast room was super cute and only 10€ per person. Second time staying here and we will be back. We were here in the heat wave and it was 41c outside and the A/C worked beautifully, slept really well. The room was spotless.

Excellent stay. Located in a nice quiet yet interesting part of Venice. Easy accesibility by water bus, Tragetto gondola to get across the canal or 15 min easy walk to San Marco/ Rialto etc. and lots of dining in the vicinity minus the crowds. Room was comfortable and spacious. Very helpful staff.

The place is dated, which isn’t a big deal; except that the plumbing was delicate. The sink filled up and overflowed, and there were leaks in the shower, creating a big mess. The ac was weak at best. The location was great, however. Very close tot he Guggenheim, which was a treat. The breakfast was basic, but inexpensive.
