I can’t say enough about the staff. They were so kind and helpful. They took care of booking our water taxis and helping with all of our needs. The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, you can get a Gondola right from the hotel and the bar looks out onto the canal. Very close to the major Venice attractions. Our room was pleasant and also had a view of the gondola busy canal . Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful.

The staff were very helpful. Situated 1 min walk to St Marco Square. Right in the centre of Venice. The gondola pick up spot was right outside the front door and it was lovely to watch them come in of a night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just steps from St. Mark’s Square,so we could walk out the door and be in the heart of the city within a minute. And the view of gondolas from our window was very lovely. It can get loud when gondola tours get busy, but it dies down at night. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful. Breakfast had a great variety, so it was a lovely start to each day before we head out to explore. If you want to be in the center of everything with a view that captures the magic of Venice, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We’d happily stay here again!

The hotel was great. Lovely helpful staff. Great location in San Marco and right next to gondola service. Only downside was a hard bed but this was promptly sorted out when mentioned to the staff. Definitely 5/5.
