"Hotel in general need of a ‘spruce up’, noisy and the breakfast staff weren’t the most helpful. However check in/reception was excellent, the Arran products were lovely, bar staff great and the parking was the main feature. It’s in a gorgeous location and is overall a great hotel. "The toilet needs fixing in room #6 it woobles.You have to open the toilet door before you can open the shower door.It needs a redo.Because the proprty is quite old and not soumdproof you will hear the other guest noise.You are lucky if you have a considerate guestmate.The good thing is they provide you coffee in the room with a kettle to heat the water."
