Easy check-in/checkout process, great location. Didn't need to interact with staff, so we can't comment on how helpful they are. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower appeared to have mold in the corners and up the shower wall. Otherwise, the rest of the room was clean.

Very close to town and transport options for sightseeing. It was the cheapest accommodation after hostels, so budget-wise it's good. Shower wasn't draining and staff had it sorted the next day.

Booked this for one of my team, reported back ..Staff were okay when there but problems with check in seemed unreasonable. Room had ‘stains’ in it and was generally not the cleanest Good location and reasonable price but you will need to manage your expectations

Pubs and coffee shops within block

Nice inexpensive option in Edinburgh. Has some nice coffee shops and a pub within a block. The park across road is also nice get to meet lots of dogs over there.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and offerings the hotel provided. Plus it is very well located for easy access to all the major tourist attractions in the city. Would be my place of choice next time i am back.
