Enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful with a personal situation that made things much more manageable for us. Easy walk to the Haymarket train station and to the Royal Mile. Lots of great little restaurants, never had to eat the same cuisine any day we were there.

I like that the staffs are friendly and jolly and the bed was comfortable. The hotel could improve on several things, in my experince, found some stains in the carpet, the door lock in my room looks forced open raising security concerns and there is no telephone in the room given to me.

The hotel was nice and fairly priced for what you get, and the location is good. The only real issue that we had was that our bed sheets had hair on them when we arrived. The staff quickly came up to address the issue and was helpful. The breakfast was average and they seemed understaffed, so tables weren’t getting cleaned quickly.

Very good facilities, though a bit far to walk to downtown if with little children. At the time of our stay (mid May 2023). There was construction across the road which was noisy. Parking is a plus point, aside from very helpful staff and cleanliness of the property and room.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice big TV, nice to have a fridge Pillows hard and uncomfortable. Carpet dirty in bedroom and hallway with many spill stains. Walls in bedroom scuffed, paint chipping off bathroom door, towel rack coming off of wall, towels were in the cupboard in bedroom as the rack could not be used. Black mildew on grout in bathroom. Shower wall dirty. Shower door not fitting properly causing water to leak onto floor. Toilet difficult to flush.
