Excellent location on the Royal Mile. The area was congested with tourists. We enjoyed ourselves.

Coffee cups in room were sticky and unwashed. Booked two single beds and was given one double bed. Area is perfect but price for room too high for what it was. Staff were helpful friendly and professional.

Great stay

Thought the hotel was really nice, friendly service from reception, concierge and restaurant. Gym was well equipped. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Centrally located for royal mile and princes st.
