All the staff are lovely and try their best. It is clear they did not get enough training to be a 5 star service. And yes, there is a club underneath the hotel with pumping music playing till like 3 am, that’s why so many reviews mention noise… if you are a light sleeper you won’t sleep until 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful!
