"This place felt super comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, and sauna. It was raining the whole time we were in Oregon, so the amenities were nice to have to warm up. There was a nice trail to walk on near the hotel that led to the golf course near by. The kitchen had everything you would need to stay there and cook for a while! "The Cascade Motel is a quaint collection of 1940s cabins. The owners were wonderful and welcoming. The cottages are clean and comfortable with fresh paint and plush mattresses. I loved the old wooden floor, and the wall heaters kept the room cozy when the nighttime temperatures fell significantly. However, the tiny shower (in cottage #8) would be a problem for anybody over 250 lbs, so choose a different cabin if you are on the larger side. Very quiet and restful. I would happily stay there...
