"Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. Location is good for walking or catching busses into all downtown and tourist areas. Local shopping for groceries and supplies is good. Restaurant in building is excellent."

"Terrific central location in Temple Bar. Earplugs thoughtfully provided as yes, it did get noisy at times. Very roomy, spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. Had a couple of minor gripes that needed fixing, but to be fair, these were responded to extremely rapidly and efficiently by the off site management who are available by phone 24/7 and very accommodating. Access is not ideal for anyone with mobility or sight issues, certainly not wheelchair accessible - but then...

May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). "Check in was as-described, getting the key from a central location and then going to our apartment. They even accommodated our need for an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Clean, quiet apartment in Dublin, with kitchen and laundry facilities. "

"Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !! "

"I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. I didn't like the fact that the office is quite far from the property but to be honest it is still a walking distance (half an hour). "

We were able to check in very early which was incredibly convenient. The room was a bit small but that wasn't surprising given the small footprint of the hotel and being in the city. "
