"The whole stay was unpleasant, I was a guest there and I had to serve myself most of the time. There is water in the room, but no bottle opener and I asked for one, they said I should bring the bottle down to open it. I sent them an email about my dietary requirements, nobody replied. When I asked they had to call the other hotel and they prepared something. I had no idea there was a sauna and steam room there, i only found it out when checking out as they were telling about it to another...

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Hard- working cleaning staff. Area is run-down, loud locals in the are shout out vulgar statements in the mornings and evenings- you can tell they don’t like tourists. Sometimes felt unsafe because of this. Anyone from the street can walk in and use the pool."
