"Great hotel "

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"PERFECT stay for Liverpool fans! Can see Anfield from the doorstep and every inch of the place celebrates the Reds! Please note this is a guesthouse, NOT a hotel. It’s not an anonymous experience, but you’ll join in almost like family with the others who are staying. The friendliness and hospitality are wonderful, and the whole place is clean and crisp and comfy. We enjoyed walking to see murals and having such a convenient and festive spot on game day!"

"What a diamond we’ve found. Beautifully situated and good parking. Spotless clean throughout the period property with a sense of luxury. Extremely comfortable stay which I was made even more special by the young lady at reception who booked us in early and served us at breakfast. We are dairy and gluten free by allergy which can be challenging to find suitable restaurants however the hotel catered for us and probably one of the breakfasts we’re had in a long time. "Stay was outstanding. Wonderful service started on arrival when the owner greeted us on arrival and carried our bags up to the room. We were then presented with tea/coffee and bara brith in a beautiful lounge area. The room, service, breakfast and environment provided a perfect setting for a lovely weekend in Conway/North Wales area. Thank you "

"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...
