Room was a bit dusty and cold felt damp .3 of the eletric sockets did not work .when had a shower door kept coming open on shower so waterall over the floor .Toilet brush was dirty too when arrived .staff were very friendly .food was nice . The young girl servicing breakfast could of looked more presentable with her shirt irioned instead of been screwed up

Convenient location for both shops and pier. Prime location for the promenade. I was fortunate to be given a room id requested, very spacious, lovely seaview, with a bath, albeit smallish, it was quite adequate. Bed was a little hard for myself but thats an individual taste, just bear in mind its two singles together, so you do feel the join in the middle. Nice to have seperate seating aswell. Found the staff very friendly. Breakfast was cereals, toast, fruit, yogurts and a choice of cooked eggs, made for ideal start to the day. I found the Iris hotel goid value for money
