"Very nice property. The hotel is old, but well maintained. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the pillows. The staff was friendly. The hotel is walking distance to other hotels and river walk. We liked this hotel doesn’t have a casino, so it’s smoke free. "

"The check in was very irritating: there was only one person assisting. Everyone had to do self check in on a computer. It was annoying and obviously some people were totally lost. Then you had to come back after you got a text your room was ready and have the machine produce a key card. This operation should be optional. Check out was the same unless you got ahead by checking out on the tv. Very few restaurants which were under staffed, slow and poor selection. "
