"This facility is maintained and managed well, though there is evidence of moderately heavy use. We've stayed at his hotel several times and likely will again. The overall service is good, though not excellent. We encountered a problem during this stay regarding a request for an extra blanket. We called housekeeping twice during the evening and were assured the blanket would be delivered to our room, the second time close to when we wished to retire. "Everything was great despite some renovations. Rooms were very comfortable although shower took awhile to warm up. Service and food was spot on for the most part. I had a very nice stay. "

"Parking lot is convenient. Room on the 10th floor felt outdated. "

"The check in was very irritating: there was only one person assisting. Everyone had to do self check in on a computer. It was annoying and obviously some people were totally lost. Then you had to come back after you got a text your room was ready and have the machine produce a key card. This operation should be optional. Check out was the same unless you got ahead by checking out on the tv. Very few restaurants which were under staffed, slow and poor selection. "

"Beds were super comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. Didn't know we needed to request maid service, but the maid was super nice and we got clean towels once we requested them. "
