"The property was quite adequate for our stay. Excellent for a small group of folks or family. Two bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen and in unit stackable laundry make it nice and convenient. Prepare for an unusual, arms length check-in. There will be a number posted on what had been an office door. "

"Everything was great despite some renovations. Rooms were very comfortable although shower took awhile to warm up. Service and food was spot on for the most part. I had a very nice stay. "

"Love staying at this hotel we book it every time we head to Reno for the fact it is close to everything without the smoke for our kids. Breakfast is excellent and so are the staff. Only thing about this stay was the bed felt like it was going to split in half I believe the box spring was off. "

"The check in was very irritating: there was only one person assisting. Everyone had to do self check in on a computer. It was annoying and obviously some people were totally lost. Then you had to come back after you got a text your room was ready and have the machine produce a key card. This operation should be optional. Check out was the same unless you got ahead by checking out on the tv. Very few restaurants which were under staffed, slow and poor selection. "
