"Hotel is beautiful, Staff on reception were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, tea coffee making facility was fully stocked. I've never left a bad review before but beds were really uncomfortable & hard. Pillows were soo flat! None of us slept well, There was a laminate floor, which wasnt nice to walk on, the bed had wheels so every time you sat on it or bumped against it... it moved!!! Not good. Luckily we only had a one night stay. Breakfast was okay, but very very basic if you dont eat a fry. "

"Old house and vixtorian garden was lovely. Food was good. If you are coming in after 11pm you should give them a heads up as they lo k yhe door but there is a doorbell to be let in. The duvet came out of its cover easily and the sheets were not the softest. "
